# Future Proof Certified

> A private evaluation standard for companies built for the AI era, published by Future Proof Intelligence.
> It reads a company across seven weighted dimensions, scores each from one to ten with cited evidence, converts the weighted total to a score out of 100, and places the company in one of five levels. Companies are read again every quarter.

## The seven dimensions (weight)

- Trust Architecture (1.0): whether the company runs without its founder in the room.
- Context Depth (1.0): how well it knows its own data, customers and market.
- Distribution Position (1.0): how it reaches and keeps its audience.
- Taste and Product (1.0): whether the product is genuinely excellent and the brand has a point of view.
- Liability Governance (0.8): legal structure, contracts, insurance, data protection, financial controls.
- AI Integration (1.2): how deeply AI runs in real operations.
- Autonomy Level (1.2): whether revenue can grow without the team growing in proportion.

Maximum weighted total: 72. Score = weighted total / 72 x 100.

## The five levels

Pre Assessment (0 to 19), In Progress (20 to 34), Certified (35 to 54), Advanced (55 to 74), Elite (75 to 100). Companies at Certified and above may carry the Future Proof Certified mark.

## How results are shared

The company decides. Results are shown to investors in a private portal only when the company opts in. Nothing is published without consent. Published results, when there are any, appear at https://certified.futureproofintelligence.com/api/scores (an empty list means none has been published yet).

## What it is not

An independent opinion for due diligence. Not a credit rating, a rating under any regulation, an investment recommendation or an offer of securities.
